It's been a long time since I didn't write an update post on IoP.

So what's new since IoP command line interface was released?

Two new big features were added to IoP:
- Rebranding: the grongier.pex module was renamed to iop to reflect the new name of the project.
- Async support: IoP now supports async functions and coroutines.

I was watching this video about IRIS and GitHub and all is clear to me how it works and how code from each branch is getting deployed to each IRIS environment but the process to deploy is manual. My question is how can I, if possible, to utilize gti-source-control from GitLab CICD pipeline to deploy code automaticaly after PR approval instead going to the Git UI?

Hello. I was asked to base64-encode files such as Word documents (which contain images) and then post them to a Jira server. I found code to base64 encode a file here:

It seemed to work, but when someone tried to open the Word document, the images inside could not be displayed.

As you may know, the integration of Python features within IRIS has been possible for quite some time. This article will focus on how to seamlessly incorporate ObjectScript with embedded Python.

Let's say I have an InterSystems IRIS instance with 6 Namespaces:

• Foo1
• Foo2

• Bar

And the number of Foo# namespaces can increase at any time for a number of reasons. I need to ensure that they all have identical configuration globals stored in a DB called CONFIG, so I do the following in my configuration file:

Hi, I was working with %sStream.FileBynary and following the doc when I find an info that I'm not sure of.
In the part of the doc where it talks about saving streams, it does not precise where it is saved.
I tried to fill my stream, then rewind, then set the file and finally saved.
And it puts in my default directory with the temporary name.
If I do a zwrite of my stream, I get these properties about the file and directory.
(StoreFile) = "zKc2m8v1.stream"
(NormalizedDirectory) = "C:\InterSystems\Community\mgr\user\stream\"

Your challenge: find the shortest, most elegant code to decode this spiral cipher.

1. A multidimensional string array with comma separated characters (n x n)
2. Starting coordinates X and Y

Output:
The decoded message as a single string

A few weeks ago I posted an announcement about a JavaScript-based interface for our mg_web WebServer interfacing addon module. mg_web isn't just restricted to use by JavaScript developers though. Many readers will be ObjectScript developers who are more used to using CSP as their web gateway. Some may even have much older legacy WebLink-based applications (and be wondering how to support them given that IRIS does not support WebLink).
