Support is helping you troubleshoot a report. They want to reproduce a problem in their local system. Too bad they can't run your report, because the JDBC data source connection will fail. Or... is there a way?
One of our apps uses a class query to support a ZEN Report and works just fine in that report, producing the expected results every time. We’ve since migrated to InterSystems Reports and noticed that, for a report using the same class query, 100s of extra rows with the same column values appear at its bottom.

We are looking at moving from Cache to IRIS, if we do this we will want to use Intersystems Reports. We have a lot of Crystal Reports to convert. is there a conversion tool or best practice for doing the conversion
