I am very pleased to announce that tomorrow (Dec 3) at 9 AM Cambridge time we plan to enable the new CCR UI for all users. No downtime should be required for the go-live. Existing beta testers will not see any change, but for non-beta testers the new Frost-based Angular UI will replace the legacy CSP-based application for the home page, navigation, System Details, and several other parts of the application.

I'm running Windows 10 x64 Pro 20H2 with Intersystems Cache ODBC driver v2018.01.00.184. I've setup a System DSN using the 64-bit of ODBC Administrator.

I've been getting inconsistent results using my regular application (Microsoft Power BI) which I use through ODBC to query my hosted TrakCare T2017 instance.

Using Microsoft ODBC Test Tool (part of MDAC 2.8 SDK) I can verify I get the same errors as in Power BI. They seem to be ODBC driver related but I can't pin it down.

Collect TrakCare's datas

Hey everyone,

Here's my issue, I would like to develop a web application which use and send datas to TrakCare app, but I really don't know how to communicate with TrakCare's datas.

With a little research, I think I could use "RESTForms" or "EnsembleWorkFlow" but I don't really get how...

Can somebody help me and tell me the way forward ?

Error on Trakcare Report

Hi,

I am trying to create a new report on Trakcare. I created a class file and corresponding crystal report . It works fine and data is populating when I try to run on crystal environment. But when I make a setup on Trakcare and click on print option, I am getting an error on print history " VB error in tkCrystalJob] Error number[-2147417848] Method '~' of object '~' failed [at line 421]". If I click on print preview option its going to empty browser. Inorder to setup new report, already made set up on report manager and menu manager.

Can anyone tell me what controls the contents of the Facility column of the Encounters tab in the clinical viewer of Healthshare? I am ADT messages to populate the columns and have been unable to change the displayed value.

Might this be a TrakCare modification?

Hello -

I was curious as to if there is any online documentation for TrakCare on how to default collapse this encounter timeline graph? I can't seem to find anything online so I figured I would reach out here. Instead of the timeline auto-expanding, I would simply like for it to be collapsed when opening up a patient's record.

The Trakcare Layout Editor is not functioning.Please check your browser security setting for scripts and ActiveX controls.You must have ensemble installed locally to use this application.

Hi all,

I was wondering, what is your favourite public cloud provider?

What is your level of engagement with the cloud provider? Are you testing their infrastructure? In which case I'd expect you being progressing a parallel test with at least a second provider ;-) Or, are you already running a production environment?
