Named filters to work with MEASURES?

The >/</= etc. operands in named filters are great... except they won't work with measures ('native' or calculated - and what a boon it would be if  they could work with both).

Are there any plans to add this capability?

And are there any plans to have a 'named filter' control within widgets that would let you change the operand?

Thanks.

Have you tried creating a "Searchable Measure"? This may partially solve your problem. Checking the "Searchable" option in Architect for a measure will make the measure available within a Named Filter. It will also allow you to create a filter control on a widget with the measure.

This is not available for calculated measures because creating a "Searchable" measure creates a special index on that measure (this index is populated at build/synchronize time).

It is possible. There was the question regarding this option.

If you need the filter for the measure, make it searchable, as Peter said.

If you want to filter calculated measure, try to change it to classic measure with COS expressions in the measure definition.
